TalkLink Auckland's Maori name is Wahanga Tu Korero. This name was given to TalkLink Auckland by Hare Paniora, Pae Arahi at Unitec. It reflects our purpose of working with people to ensure their thoughts and ideas can be effectively conveyed through the use of different forms of communication. TalkLink Auckland recognises the honour of having this name and acknowledges the consequential responsibility of implementing the Treaty Of Waitangi in all our policies and procedures, and ensuring effective delivery of services to tangata whenua.
